If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing chanteadour@gmail.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed if the order has already entered processing, been fulfilled, or shipped.
Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the order is final except as provided in our Shipping and Refund Policies or required by law.
Shipping and Delivery Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy posted on the Site, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. CHANTEADOUR is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except as required by law. Any claim involving a damaged, missing, or lost package must be submitted according to the timeframes and documentation requirements stated in our Shipping and Refund Policies.
Returns, Refunds, and Damaged or Lost Orders All sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds and replacements are available only as described in the Refund Policy posted on the Site or when required by law.
If an order arrives damaged or is believed to be lost, you must contact chanteadour@gmail.com within three days of delivery or the applicable carrier status and provide the requested details and photographs. After reviewing the claim and, when applicable, completing a carrier investigation, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion and in accordance with the posted policy.
