Founded by a licensed Natural Hair Specialist, Chanté Adour is dedicated to creating elevated styles while making healthy hair the foundation of every experience. After years behind the chair, Chanté recognized that heat protection was one of the most important and often overlooked steps in maintaining healthy natural hair. Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of chanteadour.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products offered through the Site. The Site is owned and operated by CHANTEADOUR located in Texas, United States.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase products through it.

Eligibilty

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Orders and Acceptance Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing or inventory errors, resale activity, policy violations, or shipping limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion. We may contact you to verify order, payment, or shipping information before accepting or fulfilling an order. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full order total.

We may correct pricing, typographical, or calculation errors. If an error affects an order you placed, we may contact you for approval of the corrected amount or cancel and refund the affected order.

Order Changes and Cancellations Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing chanteadour@gmail.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed if the order has already entered processing, been fulfilled, or shipped.

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the order is final except as provided in our Shipping and Refund Policies or required by law.

Shipping and Delivery Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy posted on the Site, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. CHANTEADOUR is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except as required by law. Any claim involving a damaged, missing, or lost package must be submitted according to the timeframes and documentation requirements stated in our Shipping and Refund Policies.

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged or Lost Orders All sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds and replacements are available only as described in the Refund Policy posted on the Site or when required by law.

If an order arrives damaged or is believed to be lost, you must contact chanteadour@gmail.com within three days of delivery or the applicable carrier status and provide the requested details and photographs. After reviewing the claim and, when applicable, completing a carrier investigation, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion and in accordance with the posted policy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Product Use and Results Product information on the Site is provided for general informational and cosmetic-use purposes only and is not medical advice. Individual experiences and results may vary based on hair type, condition, application, tools, technique, environment, and other factors.

You are responsible for reading and following all product labels, directions, cautions, and ingredient information before use. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary. Do not use a product if you know or suspect that you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient.

CHANTEADOUR is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow directions, use with incompatible products or tools, excessive heat, unauthorized alteration, or use for a purpose other than the product’s intended cosmetic purpose.

Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards Promotions and discount codes are subject to the specific terms stated with each offer. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or transferred. We may modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.

Any gift card or store credit expiration date and related restrictions will be disclosed when issued and will not expire earlier than permitted by applicable law. Gift cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use may not be replaced unless required by law.

Intellectual Property The Site and its content—including the CHANTEADOUR name, Chanté Adour Haircare branding, Silk Saver name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, text, copy, downloads, and overall presentation—are owned by or licensed to CHANTEADOUR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
