Welcome to CHANTEADOUR. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chanteadour.com (“Website”), including purchases of Silk Saver Heat Protectant Mist and any future products, services, or features offered by CHANTEADOUR.
By accessing or using this Website or placing an order through CHANTEADOUR, you acknowledge these Terms and the policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase products through the Website.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through this Website.
By placing an order through chanteadour.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
PRODUCTS
CHANTEADOUR currently offers haircare products, including Silk Saver Heat Protectant Mist, and may introduce additional products or services in the future.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their appearance, packaging, size, and other characteristics. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing variations, or other factors.
CHANTEADOUR reserves the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or change products, pricing, descriptions, promotions, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law.
PRODUCT USE & RESULTS
CHANTEADOUR products should be used according to the directions provided on the product packaging or Website.
Individual results may vary based on factors including hair type, texture, density, existing hair condition, styling practices, heat-tool temperature, frequency of heat styling, application technique, environmental conditions, and other products used.
Silk Saver Heat Protectant Mist is designed to help protect the hair during heat styling. However, no heat protectant can guarantee the prevention of all heat damage. Customers are responsible for following product directions and using appropriate heat-styling techniques and temperatures.
Avoid contact with the eyes and keep products out of reach of children. If irritation, sensitivity, or another adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use.
Haircare information provided by CHANTEADOUR through the Website, social media, product materials, or other platforms is intended for general educational purposes and is not medical advice.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by CHANTEADOUR.
CHANTEADOUR reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, pricing errors, misuse of promotional offers, attempted unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.
If CHANTEADOUR cancels an order that has already been paid for and the order has not been fulfilled, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.
Once an order has been submitted, order modifications are not permitted. This includes changes to products, quantities, shipping information, or other order details.
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, or an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order.
PAYMENT
CHANTEADOUR accepts eligible credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order, including the product price, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other charges disclosed before checkout is completed.
Orders may be declined or cancelled if payment cannot be processed or verified or if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.
PRICING
All prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
CHANTEADOUR reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
Price changes will not retroactively affect orders that have already been accepted, except where a correction is permitted by applicable law.
In the event of an obvious pricing, description, or technical error, CHANTEADOUR reserves the right to correct the error and, when appropriate, cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
SHIPPING
CHANTEADOUR currently ships within the United States.
Orders are processed and shipped according to our current Shipping Policy. Processing and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
CHANTEADOUR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged or there is an issue involving a lost shipment, customers must contact chanteadour@gmail.com within three (3) days of the applicable delivery or reported shipping issue.
Customers may be required to provide photographs of the package, product, shipping label, damaged items, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
Eligible claims will be reviewed before a replacement or refund is approved.
CHANTEADOUR may work with the applicable shipping carrier to investigate lost, damaged, or missing shipments before determining the appropriate resolution.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our haircare products, all sales are generally final.
CHANTEADOUR does not accept returns of opened or used products.
Refunds or replacements may be considered for qualifying damaged or lost orders after the claim has been reviewed and investigated in accordance with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing within these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If you experience an issue with an order or transaction, please contact chanteadour@gmail.com first so that CHANTEADOUR has an opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the issue.
Customers may not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, or misleading payment disputes or chargeback claims.
CHANTEADOUR reserves the right to provide relevant documentation when responding to payment disputes, including order confirmations, transaction records, shipping and tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, applicable Website policies, and other information related to the transaction.
Nothing within these Terms prevents customers from exercising dispute or chargeback rights available under applicable law or applicable card-network rules.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes may have expiration dates, product restrictions, eligibility requirements, or other conditions.
Promotional and discount codes cannot be used after their stated expiration date.
CHANTEADOUR reserves the right to restrict or cancel promotional offers in cases involving errors, fraud, misuse, or abuse, subject to applicable law.

Products purchased through chanteadour.com are intended for personal use only.
Products may not be purchased for unauthorized resale, redistribution, or other commercial purposes without prior written authorization from CHANTEADOUR.
CHANTEADOUR reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that reasonably appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content associated with CHANTEADOUR, including but not limited to the CHANTEADOUR name, branding, logos, product names, product photography, graphics, videos, Website design, written copy, educational materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to CHANTEADOUR and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

CUSTOMER CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, comments, or other content to CHANTEADOUR.
When you directly submit content to CHANTEADOUR for promotional use, or expressly authorize CHANTEADOUR to use content in which you have tagged or mentioned the brand, you grant CHANTEADOUR permission to reproduce, display, repost, and use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights to any content you submit or authorize CHANTEADOUR to use.
